Terms of Service

By using or registering with x7 card, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

x7 card is a digital loyalty platform that lets stores issue digital loyalty cards to their customers, award points and rewards, manage cashiers and sales representatives, and send notifications. The service is provided through x7card.com and the dashboards at app.x7card.com.

2. Accounts and responsibility

• The details you register with must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account and your cashier accounts.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your store.

3. Free trial, subscription and payment

• The service starts with a 30-day free trial and no commitment.
• After the trial, use continues on a monthly subscription according to the plan and the prices shown on the website for your country.
• Available payment methods are shown when you subscribe and may vary by country.
• If payment is not made on time, cashier operations may be paused until the subscription is renewed. Your data is kept during the grace period.
• We may change prices or plans with advance notice. A change does not apply to a period that has already been paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam or misleading messages, to collect data without authority, to attempt to breach or disrupt the system, or to manipulate points and rewards. We may suspend any account that does so.

5. Customer data

Your store’s customer data is your data. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required and for using it in line with the laws that apply in your country. We process it on your behalf only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the service temporarily for maintenance or updates.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.

8. Termination

You may stop your subscription at any time under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination you may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version here with its date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the local law of your country requires otherwise.
