Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel your subscription and when a refund applies.

1. Free trial

The first 30 days are free with no commitment. You can stop during the trial without any charge.

2. Cancellation

You can stop your subscription at any time by contacting us. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.

3. Refunds

• Payments for a period that has already started are generally not refundable.
• We refund duplicate or mistaken charges, or when a fault on our side prevents use of the service for an extended time.
• Tell us within 14 days of the payment date and we will review your request and reply.

4. How to request

Write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your store name and payment date. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method wherever possible.
